What is the city's plan?
Phase 1
Construction of Phase 1 began in the summer of 2009 and will span from the University of Winnipeg all the way to Jubilee.
Phase 2
Specifics of phase 2 construction dates are not yet known. The stations will stretch from Jubilee to the University of Manitoba.

The Morley Station is, more than any other station on the first phase, a blank slate. It is completely surrounded with unused land.
